Position Overview
Cheery Brands is looking for a passionate and talented Art Director based in Latin America to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can craft stories through design, drive impactful branding and packaging strategies, and lead a creative team to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Brand Identity: Develop visual identities that embody Cheery Brands’ fun-loving, exciting personality across all platforms—branding, packaging, and social media.
- Packaging Design: Drive innovative and eye-catching packaging that captures attention on shelves and delivers value to customers.
- Social Content Creative: Oversee content direction for social campaigns, ensuring designs are engaging, on-trend, and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth.
- Grow With Us: Work closely with senior leadership to align creative strategies with long-term company goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, specializing in branding, packaging, and social content.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing projects from concept to execution.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in branding, packaging, and social media design.
- Ability to understand market trends and apply them to product design and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
- A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
