Job Overview

​

We are looking for an innovative and creative Art Director / Illustrator with a strong proficiency in AI tools for image and video generation. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to enhance creative processes, from concept visualization to final execution of pitch decks and video content. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of our projects, using cutting-edge AI technology to streamline workflows and create engaging, dynamic visuals.

Key Responsibilities

​

Conceptualization & Design

• Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop and visualize concepts for pitch decks, presentations, and projects.
• Utilize AI tools for generating high-quality illustrations, storyboards, and designs to enhance creative proposals.

​

AI-Powered Video Creation

• Generate and edit video content using AI-driven tools for pitch edits and dynamic visual storytelling.
• Implement AI-assisted techniques for motion graphics, animated elements, and scene generation in pitches.

​

Pitch Deck Development

• Design visually compelling pitch decks, incorporating AI-generated graphics, videos, and dynamic presentations that align with brand and project goals.
• Tailor visual assets to meet the client’s needs and project vision, maintaining a high standard of creativity.

AI Integration & Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest AI-driven tools and software for design, image generation, and video production.
• Experiment with AI applications to push creative boundaries and improve efficiencies in design and production workflows.

​

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with creative directors, producers, and clients to ensure all visual content aligns with project objectives.
• Lead the creative process by presenting innovative ideas and solutions that integrate AI effectively.

Requirements

​

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Illustrator, or similar creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both traditional and AI-generated work.
• Expertise in using AI tools for image generation (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) and video generation (e.g., Runway, Deepbrain, Kaiber).
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and AI-enhanced video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles.
• Ability to think outside the box, experimenting with AI technologies to create unique visuals and content.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of leading pitch meetings and articulating creative ideas clearly.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in the film, media, or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of generative design and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with 3D design and animation tools enhanced by AI (e.g., Blender, Unreal Engine, etc.).
