Art Director
MOOCO
MOOCO is looking for an Art Director to handle campaign adaptations and localizations for a major streaming platform. Main tasks include guiding, reviewing, and coordinating requests, organizing work materials, assisting with the team's task assignments, and supervising performance and the quality of QC on deliveries. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a high volume of requests simultaneously, needs to understand how to execute a brief, and communicate clearly and effectively. They should provide clear feedback and be efficient, optimizing time and team efficiency to meet tight and demanding deadlines. Strong design and multitasking skills are required. They must be able to ensure timely, quality design and delivery of projects, working with both internal teams and external vendors. They will be responsible for helping to manage a growing design team. This role is essential for delivering high-quality services to our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between Project Managers, Producers, and Lead Designers.
- Review assignments, help clarify the design path, and ensure the design team understands the goals.
- Oversee kick-off meetings with the client and team.
- Ensure that team members have all the materials needed for their assigned projects.
- Work closely with team leads to ensure deliveries meet standards.
- Oversee that the team meets project deadlines.
- Adapt to last-minute changes with strong attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS
- Design degree.
- +3 years of Art director experience.
- Previous experience Leading design teams.
- Adobe CC suite proficiency.
- English: C1 (Advanced) - required
- Be a Positive and collaborative team member.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, listening, and organizational skills.
- Be a strong multi-tasker and perform well under pressure.
- Accurate, detailed, and deadline-oriented.
CONTRACT TERMS
- 3 month -with the possibility of extension
- U.S. holiday calendar.
- Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
