IT Security and Infrastructure Management

Deploy and manage Zero Trust cloud networks, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and SASE/VPNs.

Administer identity and access platforms, such as JumpCloud or Okta, and manage user accounts across company services.

Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues, including PCI-DSS, ISO27001, and GDPR.

Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Deploy and manage a varied suite of security tools to protect both endpoints and cloud infrastructure.

Respond to and manage security incidents, including breaches and cyberattacks, with a proactive approach to prevention

IT Operations and User Support

Set up and configure remotely various corporate endpoint devices for employees, ensuring timely deployment of equipment for new hires. PC, MacOs, and Chromebook knowledge is desirable.

Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Manage and improve the company internal infrastructure based on Google Workspace.

Manage permissions and access rights, ensuring users have appropriate resource access.

Oversee equipment procurement, inventory, and deployment to maintain an efficient workflow.

Leadership and Reporting

Create and deliver regular reports on IT performance, issues, and security status to key stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with design, development, and leadership teams to support IT scalability in a fast-paced environment.

Understand the inner workings of various departments to craft an efficient and effective security policy that maintains appropriate controls while delivering business solutions.
