Content Creator (Instagram) in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Work on content strategy & planning:

i. Develop a comprehensive Instagram content calendar, aligning with the overall marketing and brand strategy.

ii. Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

iii. Ensure all content is scheduled and posted consistently according to the calendar.

iv. Plan Instagram Stories, Reels, posts, and IGTV content to drive engagement and follower growth.

Work on content creation & curation:

i. Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality, visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content.

ii. Write engaging captions, and ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.

iii. Source user-generated content, collaborations, and influencer content to diversify the page.

iv. Ensure the creation of engaging and interactive content such as polls, quizzes, and contests.

Work on community management:

i. Monitor audience interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.

ii. Engage with followers and relevant communities to foster a positive relationship with the brand.

iii. Identify brand advocates and potential collaborations with influencers or other brands.

Work on analytics & reporting:

i. Track and analyze Instagram metrics (followers, engagement, reach, etc.) using insights tools.

ii. Provide weekly/monthly reports on performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

iii. Adjust content plans based on performance data to improve reach and engagement.

Work on collaboration & cross-functionality:

i. Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, HR, and product departments, to ensure cohesive brand representation.

ii. Stay up to date with Instagram updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Work on innovation & trends:

i. Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques continuously, implementing them into the strategy.

ii. Test new formats, features, and innovative approaches to maintain relevance and keep the page dynamic.
