Job Responsibilities
- Leading the development of innovative concepts and creative strategies for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand vision.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
- Guiding a talented team of designers, and art directors, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Presenting creative ideas and strategies to clients,(including creative concepts, event themes, brand activation, social media campaigns, mega public awareness campaigns, games ideation …etc.) articulating the vision and value behind our concepts.
- Overseeing the execution of projects from ideation to completion, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Generating innovative engagement solutions, including digital and on-ground activations, for events and educational programs.
- Developing comprehensive event plans, covering all stages from pre-event to post-event, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for attendees.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to implement new tools and techniques that optimize creative processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cutting-edge problem-solving.
- Collaborate across departments to design effective marketing and digital strategies, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance overall company efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an art or design subject is preferable.
- Excellent proficiency with Adobe’s suite of products including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, proficiency of other software is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Knowledge of visual design principles, including; typography, color theory, layout, grids, perspective, photography, iconography, illustration, motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills for multiple projects.
- Background in advertising and events industry is preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
