Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a solid understanding of design principles, layout, and composition.
  • Ability to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand messages and narratives.
  • Experience in developing visual concepts and translating them into impactful designs.
  • Proficiency in design and animation software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Animate, After Effects or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design ideas, articulate concepts, and present visual designs to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work within project deadlines. Adaptability to evolving client needs, project requirements, and feedback.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance in all design deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with the client's brand and objectives.
  • Use your design skills to effectively communicate brand messages and narratives through compelling visual storytelling.
  • Consider typography, colour theory, composition, and imagery to create cohesive and impactful visual designs.
  • Develop visual presentations and mock-ups to effectively communicate design concepts to clients. Present and articulate your design ideas, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and innovative visual concepts. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to bring fresh ideas and design approaches to projects.
