Creative Director (Art)

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement Lorien’s visual identity and creative direction.
• Ensure brand consistency across all collaterals, digital assets, videos, and campaigns.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Supervise designers, illustrators, and video editors to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate campaign ideas into impactful visuals.

​

Campaign Development:

• Oversee the visual execution of campaigns like Smart Loans and Leap of Faith.
• Work closely with copywriters to align art with storytelling for emotional resonance.

​

Design Innovation & Trends:

• Stay updated with design trends and adapt them to Lorien’s evolving needs.
• Incorporate motion graphics, reels, and short video formats to keep content engaging.

​

Brand Governance:

• Develop and enforce brand guidelines for consistency across all touchpoints.
• Approve all artwork, visuals, and presentations before they go live.

​

Timelines & Quality Control:

• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Set up processes to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements

​

• Experience: 8-10 years in design/art direction roles, preferably in fintech, education or lifestyle brands.
• Expertise in Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma).
• Strong Aesthetic Sense: Proven ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
• Leadership & Project Management: Experience managing creative teams and meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work across departments and integrate feedback constructively.
• Portfolio: Must include examples of branding campaigns, digital creatives, and video content.
• Trend Awareness: Passion for new design trends, motion graphics, and formats like reels and shorts.

Salary

Up to 12LPA (80% Fixed + 20% Performance)
