Overview Of Position/Responsibilities

We are looking for a Creative Director/Direct Response Copywriter to spearhead the development of creative concepts for TikTok and Meta ads. This includes crafting compelling scripts for UGC content creators, video ad scripts, and image ad ideas for our in-house editors. The role also involves conducting market research to analyze competitor strategies and develop fresh, innovative marketing angles for e-commerce brands across niches such as fashion, health, and beauty. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our editing team, ensuring ideas are executed seamlessly, overseeing revisions, and aligning content with brand goals. Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and research skills are essential.

Requirements

  • E-commerce Experience: Experience working with e-commerce brands, ideally within niches such as fashion, health, beauty, or similar. Proven ability to drive engagement and conversions through creative ad concepts.

  • Direct Response Marketing Expertise: Strong background in direct response marketing with a focus on writing high-converting copy for social platforms (TikTok, Meta). Must demonstrate a portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results.

  • Understanding of E-commerce Funnels and Market Sophistication: Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, buyer awareness stages, and market sophistication levels. Ability to tailor messaging based on audience familiarity with products and to optimize creative for each stage of the customer journey.

  • Proficiency in Ad Frameworks: Strong knowledge of various ad copy frameworks, such as AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) and PAS (Problem, Agitate, Solve). Must be able to implement these frameworks across video, UGC, and image ads for maximum impact.

  • Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct competitor analysis and research market trends to develop fresh marketing angles. Skilled in adapting successful strategies from competitors to craft unique, innovative ads.

  • Collaboration with Editing Teams: Proven experience in collaborating with internal editing and creative teams to ensure the seamless execution of ideas. Ability to oversee revisions and final outputs, ensuring they meet brand and performance goals.
