We are on the lookout for a highly creative, forward-thinking Graphic Designer with expertise in motion graphics. Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your deep knowledge of branding, typography, and color theory to develop standout creative concepts tailored to specific project needs.
• Ensure all designs contribute to the overall brand identity, reinforcing a cohesive visual narrative.
• Create and execute brand concepts across multiple, concurrent web and digital projects.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to produce high-quality visuals and deliverables on time.
• Develop and produce dynamic motion graphics for various digital platforms including product videos, social media, and advertisements.
• Adopt a mobile-first mindset when creating digital assets, ensuring compatibility and seamless user experience across devices.
• Manage files effectively, ensuring organized workflows.
• Display strong time management skills, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Take direction and feedback, working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Experience with Figma and a solid understanding of design-to-development processes.
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion).
• Excellent English both written and verbal.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude, with an ability to think critically about the user experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Photography experience, including photo manipulation, color correction, and retouching.
• Knowledge or experience in UI/UX and layout design.
• Video editing and advanced motion graphics (After Effects).
• Prior experience in the cannabis industry or an understanding of cannabis culture and aesthetics.
