Job Description
We are seeking a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that communicate our brand message effectively across multiple channels. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce a wide range of creative assets, including digital advertisements, social media content, presentations, and website graphics. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong design portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Develop and design engaging visuals for digital channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content is aligned with the brand guidelines and contributes to a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create designs that align with campaign objectives and enhance user engagement.
- Content Creation: Design assets for a variety of campaigns, including promotional graphics, infographics, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Concept Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts that translate into effective visual communication.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and improve design assets, ensuring final outputs are polished and effective.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and approaches to our projects.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print media.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to take creative briefs and turn them into compelling visual content that meets business objectives.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual quality and consistency.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good to Have
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and storytelling techniques.
- Experience working with design collaboration tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Understanding of social media trends and how to design for maximum engagement on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
