Creative Lead/Art Director
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative team in producing captivating and impactful visual and multimedia content. As the Creative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and ensuring that our creative output consistently aligns with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating rich, immersive animations and graphics, as well as experience working with teams to develop high-quality visual content.
Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
Provide creative direction and leadership to the creative team, ensuring all projects are in line with the brand's identity and goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team members to excel in their creative roles.
Design Strategy:
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our marketing and branding objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling visual content.
Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs
Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end project management of creative initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize projects based on strategic importance.
Team Development:
Mentor, coach, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
Assess and enhance the skills and capabilities of the creative team.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain a high standard of quality for all creative work, reviewing and approving designs, graphics, and multimedia content.
Ensure all assets are consistent, on-brand, and visually appealing.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand their creative needs and deliver solutions that drive results.

This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design related creative studies is preferred
- 5+ years of equivalent and proven work experience in Graphics, Motion and ATL designing
- High proficiency in design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory and advanced knowledge of how those principles work together
- Proven understanding and skills in creative storytelling, art direction, user experience, motion, and designing marketing campaigns
