Role Description

This role focuses on branding and website design, with the Design Director leading the UX/visual design team. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, guiding design strategy, and ensuring that the work aligns with Constructive's mission.

Your Responsibilities

• Produce exceptional design work
• Shape UX design practices
• Lead the design team
• Lead design strategy workshops
• Lead client presentations
• Collaborate across teams
• Support resourcing and project health
• Build the design team
• Contribute thought leadership

Qualifications

• 7 years of UX and UI design experience in agency settings
• 3 years of managing interactive design teams
• Strong eye for visual design fundamentals
• Leadership capabilities and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and insistence on high standards
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Base salary between $120k - $130k (+ profit share)
