Creative Design Manager Position at Global Events Company

Tomorrow are working alongside a global events company are on the lookout for a Creative Design Manager who will lead their design team and deliver creative solutions for a broad portfolio of events, from exhibitions and conferences to awards and media products.

Job Details:

• Salary: £45-55k
• Reporting to: Regional Marketing Director

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and creative ownership of a vast and varied portfolio of events
• Be seen as the regional design expert
• Support from and collaboration with design specialists across the Easyfairs group, as well as a team of central marketing specialists within the UK & Global region
• Lead on talent development, access to training and a great family feel to working life

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication, confident presenting across teams
• Skilled in working at speed with a creative eye for detail
• Highly organised and able to follow efficient processes while supporting the team
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with marketing and digital teams to deliver on quality and expectations
