Design Program Manager Role

As a Design Program Manager within the Design Foundations organization at LinkedIn, you’ll connect the dots across our product ecosystem, supporting the horizontal teams that ensure we deliver high-quality, cohesive experiences anywhere a member or customer engages with LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with designers and specialists
  • Drive programs to develop transparency and collaboration
  • Lead operational improvements to creative workflows
  • Partner with various teams across the organization
  • Manage program risks and drive issue resolution
  • Help define business needs, requirements, and priorities
  • Direct the evolution of team processes
  • Facilitate team onboarding and document management

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in managing multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with design teams
  • Ability to establish trust and confidence of cross-functional core team
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize effectively

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $148,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
