Design Program Manager, Design Foundations

This role will be based in Mountain View, San Francisco or New York.

Design Program Manager Role
As a Design Program Manager within the Design Foundations organization at LinkedIn, you’ll connect the dots across our product ecosystem, supporting the horizontal teams that ensure we deliver high-quality, cohesive experiences anywhere a member or customer engages with LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with designers and specialists
- Drive programs to develop transparency and collaboration
- Lead operational improvements to creative workflows
- Partner with various teams across the organization
- Manage program risks and drive issue resolution
- Help define business needs, requirements, and priorities
- Direct the evolution of team processes
- Facilitate team onboarding and document management
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in managing multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with design teams
- Ability to establish trust and confidence of cross-functional core team
- Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize effectively
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $148,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
