Job Description
We are seeking a Designer & Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with expertise in designing stunning graphics, branding assets, and compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, creating innovative UI/UX designs, and driving the creative strategy for our business.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding:
- Design high-quality graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain brand assets, guidelines, and templates.
- Create cohesive brand strategies, including logos, color palettes, typography, and design systems.
- Expertise in fonts, themes, and visual storytelling to create impactful designs.
UI/UX Design:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI/UX for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with developers for seamless backend integration of UI/UX designs.
- Conduct usability research to enhance user experience.
Creative Content Development:
- Create impactful visual pitch decks, presentations, and portfolios.
- Develop motion graphics, video content, and other multimedia.
- Use AI tools for creative content development, including design automation and concept generation.
Systematic Brand Management:
- Maintain and update brand guidelines across all platforms and materials.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality execution of brand assets.
Creative Strategy & Social Media:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate innovative promotional campaigns.
- Oversee creative content for social media and digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Advanced understanding of branding principles, color theory, typography, fonts, and themes.
- Knowledge of AI tools for design and content enhancement, such as MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, or Canva AI.
- Systematic approach to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines.
Additional Advantageous Skills
- Basic understanding of backend coding to streamline UI/UX integration.
- Skills in audio editing tools like Audacity or Adobe Audition.
- Experience with social media management tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- A creative mindset to spearhead promotional strategies and campaigns.
