Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Design Initiatives:

• Drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications.
• Conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

2. User Interface (UI) Design:

• Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

​

3. Interaction Design:

• Design interactive elements that enhance user engagement.
• Create prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flow.

​

4. Graphic Design:

• Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual assets aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate on marketing materials and presentations as needed.

​

5. User Research & Testing:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.

​

6. Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

​

7. Stay Current with Industry Trends:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

​

Qualifications:

​

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in visual design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

​

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Casual Design, UI/UX design, interaction design, or similar roles.

​

1. Design Expertise:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

​

1. UI/UX Skills:

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience designing for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet).

1. Interaction Design:

• Familiarity with prototyping tools & the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations.

​

1. Visual Design:

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

​

1. Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design rationale and present ideas effectively.

​

1. Collaboration:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

​

1. Portfolio:

• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI designs, interaction designs, and graphic works.
