The Role
Off-white is looking for a Designer to join the Style Team. You will be responsible to create women's pieces for the RTW collection and support in all phases of the creative process.
Who You Are
- Research moodboards and yarns
- Research new trends, inspirations
- Design hand drawn and technical sketches and follow the collection from design, development to final product
- Liaise with the product development office to ensure deadlines are respected
- Support in fittings
- Support in the implementation of embroidery and print placements
- Support across the collection closure activities (lookbooks and b2b activities)
What You Will Do
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role in the fashion luxury industry
- Degree in Fashion design, a Master's is a plus
- Good knowledge and use of knitting machines
- Good technical knowledge of knitwear and other apparel product categories
- Excellent free hand drawing skills
- Excellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines
- Good level of English and Italian, both written and spoken
