Designer
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid 2 days WFH – 3 days in Chancery House office (with free gym, classes, sauna etc.)</p>
<p><strong>Overview:</strong> Vovi is trying to become the next Pentagram and is very focused on creative excellence in 2025. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering a wide variety of great work that makes a difference. The ideal candidate will have experience in Branding, Website, Socials, Animation, and Illustration as we are looking for a multi-skilled person with some level of confidence in each varied discipline.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create visually compelling designs that align with our brand’s vision and client briefs.</li>
<li>Design assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts.</li>
<li>Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.</li>
<li>Produce animations and illustrations to elevate our digital content.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in Figma, animation, and illustration.</li>
<li>Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li>
