Digital Design & Funnel Specialist

Graphic Design

  • Create visually appealing banners, graphics, and templates for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design and prepare creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Develop mockups and designs for opt-in pages, lead magnets, and downloadable content.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines for consistency and professionalism.

Funnel & Landing Page Development

  • Build and design high-converting landing pages using GoHighLevel.
  • Develop opt-in pages, webinar funnels, and thank-you pages.
  • Optimize landing pages for user experience and conversion rate performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategic design changes for improved performance.

Video Editing (Preferred)

  • Edit short-form videos for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance raw video footage with branding, captions, transitions, and effects.
  • Create GIFs and motion graphics for use in social media and ads.

Website Design (Preferred)

  • Create website layouts or wireframes with a focus on user experience.
  • Assist with designing website pages for consistent branding.

Tools Management and Content Upload

  • Schedule and upload posts across social media platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
  • Manage graphic and video assets in a centralized file system for easy access.
  • Ensure quality control and error-checking for all uploaded content and campaigns.

Collaboration and Innovation

  • Proactively suggest new design concepts and strategies to improve brand presence.
  • Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas and provide creative input.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in design, social media, and digital marketing.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Graphic Design: Advanced skills in graphic creation, typography, and branding.
  • GoHighLevel Expertise: Proficiency in building landing pages, funnels, and workflows.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Experience designing assets optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Conversion Design: Understanding of design elements that drive conversions, including CTAs, layouts, and A/B testing.
  • Video Editing (Preferred): Ability to edit videos for ads, social media, and other marketing purposes.
  • Website Design (Preferred): Familiarity with website layouts and user experience best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Required Tools/Software Knowledge:

  • Graphic Design Tools: Canva (required), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Landing Page & Funnel Builder: GoHighLevel (required).
  • Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (preferred).
  • Image Editing Tools: Lightroom, Photoshop.
  • Social Media Scheduling: Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.
  • Collaboration Tools: Slack, Asana, or Trello.
  • File Management: Google Drive, Dropbox.
  • Analytics Tools (Preferred): Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager to evaluate design effectiveness.
