Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Art and Design with a deep understanding of Indian culture and sports to lead our creative team in developing captivating ad campaigns for our Indian market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cricket and other popular sports in India and possess a keen eye for design that resonates with Indian audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of compelling ad campaigns targeting Indian audiences, with a focus on cricket and other sports-related content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop creative strategies that leverage insights into Indian culture, traditions, and sports fandom to create culturally relevant and engaging content.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality visual assets that meet brand standards and resonate with the target audience.
  • Mentor and guide a team of designers and artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural developments in India to inform design decisions and campaign strategies.
  • Assist in implementing design elements across various platforms, including social media, mobile apps, websites, and advertising channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize creative strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in art direction, graphic design, or creative leadership roles, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indian culture, traditions, and sports landscape, with a focus on cricket.
  • Exceptional design skills and proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate creative teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and ad campaign management is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including ad campaigns, branding, and digital design projects.
