Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer / Lead Product Designer to play a pivotal role in crafting the next generation of AI-driven healthcare solutions. As a founding member, you’ll set the vision for design, build scalable systems, and own the end-to-end user experience. You should thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment and be eager to take on the challenge of building products that are both innovative and human-centered.

What You’ll Do
- Define and own the design vision for the company, ensuring consistency and excellence across all products.
- Lead end-to-end product design from research and wireframes to final delivery, ensuring delightful and intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to build AI-first healthcare solutions.
- Simplify complex workflows into elegant, accessible designs that address real-world problems in healthcare.
- Build and scale a design system that evolves with the product as we grow.
- Test, iterate, and refine designs quickly based on user feedback and data insights.
- Advocate for design as a strategic function, influencing product direction and business decisions.

- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to tackle ambiguity and adapt quickly.
