Responsibilities

  • Define the Brand: Establish a strong and cohesive brand identity across digital and offline platforms, including logos, colors, typography, and messaging.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Design intuitive and seamless product interfaces, ensuring a delightful user experience at every touchpoint.
  • Create Elegant Templates: Develop visually appealing, customizable video templates and content themes to deliver professional-quality results effortlessly.
  • Content Library Development: Build a diverse range of themes and styles tailored to various industries and use cases.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design and branding efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct User Research: Gather insights through feedback and usability studies to continuously refine the product and templates.
  • Set Creative Direction: Drive the creative vision for campaigns, product launches, and overall brand evolution.
  • Stay Updated: Monitor industry trends to keep designs and offerings innovative and competitive.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in design are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or brand design roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and maintaining brand identity across platforms.
  • Proven track record of designing intuitive interfaces and creating engaging templates for digital content.
  • Ability to build and grow the brand and product from 0 to 1.
  • Comfortable with taking ownership and responsibility for creating scalable design solutions in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
