Your Responsibilities

• Create high-quality creatives for ads using Canva that are both visually appealing and performance-oriented.
• Design engaging materials for our agency’s internal marketing and communication needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative design ideas and strategies.
• Refine and optimize existing designs to meet client requirements effectively.
• Provide support with Adobe Photoshop when needed, particularly for image editing and more complex design tasks.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with Canva and enthusiasm for its versatile capabilities.
• Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop for supplementary design work.
• Creativity, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of current design trends.
• Independent and structured working style combined with strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (German skills are a plus).
• Motivation to develop and implement creative ideas successfully.
