Roles & Responsibilities:
Creative Ideation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and development) to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute visually compelling ideas that align with the brand’s identity and goals.
Design Solutions:
Develop and design a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to branding materials, digital and print ads, social media graphics, packaging designs, website visuals, and UI elements.
Problem Solving:
Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You'll be tasked with finding design solutions to a variety of business problems and user experiences.
Individual Contribution:
As an individual contributor, you will take ownership of your work, from ideation to execution, managing projects independently while adhering to deadlines.
Adaptability & Versatility:
You should be able to work on diverse types of projects, from marketing campaigns to UI/UX design. No day will be the same, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities is crucial.
No Fixed Constraints:
Be ready to break boundaries with your creativity. We encourage out-of-the-box thinking and pushing the limits of design, free from rigid guidelines or processes.
Startup Mindset:
Flexibility, resourcefulness, and an ability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup environment is key. Be prepared for hands-on work, wearing multiple hats, and contributing beyond just the design aspect if needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Design Tools Expertise:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools.
Creative Problem-Solver:
Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills are a must.
Detail-Oriented:
High attention to detail with a keen eye for color, typography, and layout.
Team Collaboration:
Strong communication and collaboration skills, yet comfortable working independently and managing personal workload.
Adaptability:
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in response to project needs and evolving design trends.
Location:
Candidate must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate. This is an on-site position, and applicants should be comfortable working in an office-based startup environment.
