Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphics Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, print design, and social media content creation. Additionally, experience with managing WordPress themes and plugins will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve website layouts, user interfaces, and overall visual aesthetics.
• Create compelling print designs, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Develop engaging social media content and posts that align with our brand identity.
• Manage and update WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute design strategies.
• Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms and materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
• Optimize designs for maximum performance and user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
• Maintain a comprehensive design library and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or any degree with certification in skills like Figma.
• Proven experience as a Graphics Web Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design, print design, and social media content.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with web design tools and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with WordPress and experience managing themes and plugins.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
