Graphic Designer
Brief Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Designer with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. You will primarily be working on consumer-facing communications, including posters, memes, documentation, and other marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our community and marketing teams to ensure our brand's message is conveyed effectively and attractively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing posters, memes, documentation, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the community and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a consistent brand design language.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance consumer engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all visual and textual content.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Requirements
- A portfolio showcasing strong design aesthetics and a good understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Nice to Have
- Motion design knowledge
- Experience with social media graphics and digital content creation.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and DeFi space (not mandatory).
