KGeN (Kratos Gamer Network) is building a multi-chain gamer network that aims to become the home of global gamer data, owned by gamers. At the heart of it is the revolutionary Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine that allows gamers to build, own & monetise their reputation. This data framework allows game publishers to engage with precise gamer cohorts, engaging in deep value exchange through our product stack.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and design assets.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials such as banners, advertisements, social media graphics, and email campaigns to promote our games and campaigns.
- Design and produce assets for branding purposes, including logos, style guides, graphics, and promotional merchandise.
- Ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity across all design assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, gaming industry standards, and technological advancements to continually enhance design processes and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, KGeN community and marketers, to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding design solutions.
- Participate in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and iterate designs based on feedback received.
- Maintain organised files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access across various teams.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from a reputed university.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the gaming industry or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including marketing materials, branding assets, and illustrations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of gaming culture, trends, and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback.
