Key Responsibilities: 

​

Design Cover Pages for INOBAL Magazine: 

​

• Conceptualize and create dynamic, visually appealing cover page designs that reflect the magazine's themes and values. 
• Develop original graphic content, ensuring that cover designs are eye-catching and engage the target audience. 
• Collaborate with editorial teams to align the visual design with the magazine’s editorial tone and themes.

Brand Consistency: 

​

• Ensure all designs align with INOBAL’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging. 
• Maintain a cohesive look across the magazine while experimenting with creative design elements that enhance the reader experience. 

​

Creative Collaboration: 

​

• Work closely with the marketing, editorial, and photography teams to integrate imagery and text seamlessly into the cover designs. 
• Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each magazine cover. 

​

Adaptability: 

​

• Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders while ensuring the quality and integrity of the original concept. 
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. 

​

Qualifications: 

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing magazine cover designs or similar high-impact visuals. 
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools. 
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. 
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling graphics. 
• Attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

​

• Experience designing for print media, particularly magazines. 
• Familiarity with print production processes and preparing designs for printing. 
• Understanding of current design trends, especially in magazine design and editorial layouts.
