About the Role

As a key member of Lightspeed’s creative team, you’ll be hands-on in building a strong, consistent global brand while supporting projects that help us reach new and existing markets. In this role you will be responsible for bringing campaigns to life and contributing to a variety of internal and external projects across different channels. The ideal candidate for this role has a keen eye for detail that elevates work from good to exceptional, along with excellent English communication skills. Your work will directly impact how Lightspeed is recognized as the top omnichannel commerce platform in the retail, hospitality, and golf industries.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pixel-perfect designs that meet media specifications.
• Maintaining brand consistency and upholding our high-quality standards.
• Playing a key role in visually communicating our product to various audiences.
• Designing, adapting, and producing sales and marketing materials, including presentations, internal communications, and sales tools.
• Proposing creative solutions that align with brand and business goals from concept to final production.
• Collaborating closely with a diverse team of designers, product marketers, content writers, and marketing managers.
• Managing your own project timelines while working closely with the project manager for direction and input.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• A portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality work.
• Proven design experience, including digital media design (experience in motion graphics is a bonus, but not needed)
• An excellent ability to blend creativity with performance-driven objectives.
• A positive, collaborative attitude towards the creative process.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Availability to work NOAM hours (Montreal, EDT/EST).
