Responsibilities:

  • Pitch fresh, creative ideas and visual concepts for communicating ideas.
  • Understand project requirements and concepts
  • Keeping up-to-date with design industry developments.
  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout various design and marketing projects.
  • Designing graphic content, illustrations, animations and infographics
  • Deliver creative and quality designs for social media posts, GIFs, E-mailers, collaterals and other marketing activities.
  • Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
  • Liaising between digital marketing, website development, design and other teams to ensure deadlines are met on time.
  • Use feedback from other designers, clients and team members to improve the designs if required
  • Take overall responsibility for all on and offline and online work produced for all clients, including email templates, social media posts, ads creatives, banners, brochures, leaflets, and website design.
  • Project manages all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time, to budget and to high standards.
  • Hold monthly and quarterly design review meetings with your team to ensure that the team is delivering the best.
  • Ensure all design work produced to promote the agency is on-brand and meets the brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and easy to work with.
  • Ambitious and hardworking.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and motion graphics will have added advantage.
