STRONG Pilates is seeking a Graphic Designer to join the marketing team of an innovative Pilates studio business. Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer for STRONG Pilates, your primary responsibilities will include:
Graphic Design:
Create visually compelling and cohesive designs using tools like Adobe InDesign (primary) and Canva (secondary). Ensure all work aligns with the brand’s identity and standards.
Branding:
Develop and evolve the brand's visual identity, including logos, typography, and color schemes, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
Design Briefs:
Build and execute on design briefs to deliver polished, impactful assets that meet marketing goals.
Marketing Collateral:
Design a range of assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, banners, flyers, pop-up banners, and in-studio materials. Each piece should communicate a clear and engaging message.
Presentation/Deck Design:
Occasionally support the team in designing professional and visually impactful presentations and pitch decks.
Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design elements for campaigns, ensuring a seamless integration of visuals and messaging.
SOPs and Documentation:
Create and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
Skills and Tools
Expertise in Graphic Design Tools:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (primary), Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (secondary) is essential. Familiarity with DigitalStack is a plus.
Branding Knowledge:
Strong understanding of visual branding and the ability to apply it across various mediums and projects.
Presentation Design:
Experience in creating clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations and decks.
Creative Vision:
Ability to think strategically and creatively, translating concepts into eye-catching and effective designs.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure every piece of work is polished and aligns with the brand’s high standards.
Adaptability:
Willingness to take on new challenges and grow as the company evolves.
What is required to be successful in this role?
- Must provide own device for training and development
- Minimum RAM: 8GB, 16GB recommended
- Laptop: 8th gen Core i5 or better/AMD Ryzen series
- Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above/10th gen Core i3 or higher
- Mac: 2017 Core i5 or higher/2016 Core i7 or higher (Core i3 not recommended)
- Must have suitable work-from-home space
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Willing to work full-time (40+ hrs/week) during client working hours (Australia-based client; daytime in the Philippines)
- Experience with G-Suite
- Experience with Adobe Suite (must-have)
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with remote/virtual work preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to take initiative

- $1,500 per month (Paid Weekly)
