Opening for: Graphic Designer

​

Experience:

2 or more years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a studio environment working in a team setting, for both digital and print outputs.

Education:

Post-secondary certificate/diploma in graphic arts or design; and/or real world experience.

​

Skills:

• Someone with experience working individually but as part of a team over different projects.
• Someone who has excellent organizational skills, a great attention to detail, is a good communicator, follows direction, and is good at following processes/protocol.
• Someone who gives thought to a design project and may anticipate how the collateral they are currently designing may also be used for future projects or in different contexts.
• Someone with experience working on a server/archive using established and proper naming and filing systems, with a large number of files and folders.
• Someone who can work within an established brand style/look, while also thinking of ways to improve art using current design trends.
• Excellent knowledge and comfort of InDesign to layout mock-ups/presentations and design jobs for both digital and print outputs.
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for image sizing/retouching/enhancement, image/logo/graphics creation, etc.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail and organizational skills. Tasks have many moving parts that often require compliance changes, so being organized will be a huge asset.

Requirements:

• Available to work during EST working hours
• Impeccable writing skills and command of the English language is a MUST.
