Graphics and Motion Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Graphics Design
Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Develop design concepts, storyboards, and layouts based on project requirements.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Motion Graphics
Design and animate motion graphics for videos, presentations, social media, and advertisements.
Create dynamic content including explainer videos, title sequences, and promotional animations.
Work with video editors to integrate motion graphics into larger projects.
Conceptualization and Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions.
Translate complex ideas into engaging visual content.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
Tools and Techniques
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Use software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Blender, or Cinema 4D for projects.
Asset Management
Maintain a library of visual assets and ensure proper file management.
Optimize designs for different platforms, ensuring high quality and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphics and motion graphic design.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of 3D software like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Creative Skills
- Excellent storytelling and visual design skills.
- Ability to create compelling and emotionally engaging animations and graphics.
