Key Responsibilities

Designing Visuals

• Create engaging and visually appealing social media creatives tailored for D2C brands, aligning with their brand guidelines.

​

Concept Development

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative design concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

​

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all designs reflect the brand's tone, identity, and values across all platforms.

​

Trend Savvy

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the content fresh and relevant.

​

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

​

Adaptation & Optimization

• Adapt designs for multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring the best user experience.

Requirements

Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing social media creatives, preferably for D2C brands.

​

Background

• Prior experience working in a creative agency or an in-house brand team is highly preferred.

​

Softwares

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools.

​

Portfolio

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work, particularly for social media campaigns.

​

Creative Vision

• Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.

​

Communication

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
