Graphics & UI Designer
Job Summary:
As a Graphics Designer at Hexpress Healthcare Softech Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective graphic design solutions that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Produce high-quality graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and execute design concepts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to bring concepts to life.
- Hands-on experience with Figma to collaborate with cross-functional teams and streamline the design process.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Work closely with other team members to brainstorm ideas, give and receive constructive feedback, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Innovation and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh and modern design elements into projects.
- Bring innovative and fresh ideas to the table, pushing the creative boundaries of design within the constraints of our brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- One year minimum experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
