Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer at QUIRK. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, social media creatives, logo design, branding, and typography. The role is primarily located in Chhattarpur.

Qualifications

• Online portfolio showcasing relevant projects that demonstrate the designer’s creativity and process.
• Strong knowledge of Visual Design, knowledge of layout, color, typography theory.
• Strong visual design skills and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. Knowledge of Video Editing software is must!
• Ability to handle a high volume workload, timely and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, ability to verbalize ideas and concepts.
• Fluency in popular social media platforms is essential.
• Flexibility to fast-paced, unpredictable deadlines, schedules and ability to prioritize projects accordingly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus
• 1 - 2 years working within a design department or other creative team environment. (agency experience preferred)

Job Description

• Creating engaging and high-quality graphics for a variety of channels, including digital media, print media and offline collaterals.
• Collaborating with other designers and brand managers to create visual assets that meet project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of design templates and style guides.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in designing.
• Managing design assets and ensuring they are properly organized and delivered.
