We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to transform spaces into functional and visually appealing environments. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to conceptualize and execute designs that align with the client's vision, budget, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that align with the project vision.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for contractors and suppliers.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and sustainability practices.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Revit, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects.
• Excellent creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Solid understanding of spatial planning, building codes, and construction processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in specialised areas such as hospitality, commercial spaces, or luxury interiors.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and certifications.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
