INTO THE AM - Senior Graphic Designer II
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, innovative designer with a passion for Men’s Apparel to join our team, expand their skill set, and continue their passion for art and design. If you're looking for a fast-paced working environment where you will be tested and exposed to many different types of media projects, this position is for you.
In this position, you will work with our close-knit team of designers who are all passionate about their job.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing communications (digital and print)
- Email Newsletters, Homepage banners, Website assets, Amazon content, etc.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative solutions
- Develop motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms (social, ads)
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience at an in-house studio, brand, or agency
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a creative team
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
- Possess strong conceptual skills and a high-level sense of design
- Comprehensive knowledge of typography, color, usability, and layout
- Experience with digital asset creation with a mobile-first mentality
- Ability to be a self-sufficient, proactive worker, thinking about the end-user experience
- Strong file management skills
- Must have a keen eye for detail
- Thorough understanding of how visual design contributes to overall brand identity
- Take direction and work closely with project managers and other team members
- Strong time management skills, must be able to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
Nice to Haves
- Experience with photography, photo image manipulation, color correction, and retouching
- Experience with Figma
Language Skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and spelling skills in English
Physical Demands
- May be subjected to working extended hours
- Must be able to work the graveyard shift (9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time)
Portfolio submission is required for all applicants
Your portfolio must reflect your strong design aesthetic, communication skills, and conceptual abilities across various media. Sample work should reflect a clear command of all aspects of visual design, including typography, composition, color, use of photography, and information organization.
