Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will play a crucial role in designing engaging graphics for our digital campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with women athletes and industry experts, bringing their stories and our brand to life through compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop innovative graphics for digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and our website.
• Collaboration: Work closely with women athletes, experts, and the creative team to produce visuals that align with our brand message and resonate with our audience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to VOICEINSPORT's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Feedback Integration: Receive and implement feedback from the Creative Director and other team members to refine designs.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on digital campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with digital media.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in women's sports and a desire to contribute to our mission.
