Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer excited to create innovative, AI-driven healthcare solutions. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with quick prototyping and iterative design. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team to design simple, user-friendly interfaces that make healthcare interactions easier and more empathetic.
What You’ll Do
- Move fast to conceptualize, prototype, and iterate on designs for our AI-driven healthcare solutions.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and domain experts to design interfaces that push boundaries in healthcare tech.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, visually compelling experiences that solve real problems.
- Take risks, test new ideas, and embrace rapid feedback loops to deliver innovative solutions.
- Advocate for user-first design while balancing the demands of a rapidly evolving product.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates bold, innovative solutions and fast iteration.
- A knack for simplifying complexity while creating visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces.
- Comfortable in a startup-like environment where ambiguity and rapid change are the norm.
- Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and the ability to quickly prototype and test ideas.
Nice to Have
- Experience with conversational AI or designing for AI-driven systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare or patient-facing tools, but not required—we value a fresh perspective.
- A background in accessibility and inclusive design principles.
