About the Role  

We're not looking for any ordinary candidate.  We’re looking for a Lead Designer to shape the user experience at Heatseeker. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the charge on UX, UI, research, and user testing, crafting intuitive and impactful designs that drive engagement and growth.

Key Accountabilities  

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI process, from concepts to polished execution.
• Lead user research and testing, ensuring data-driven design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless, engaging user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a unified, evolving design system that scales with us.
