Lead Designer

MOOCO is looking for a LEAD DESIGNER

​

to manage and supervise campaign adaptations for a major streaming platform. This individual should also be able to handle adaptations independently when necessary. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in design studios, media companies, or advertising agencies, with the ability to follow artistic direction under strict guidelines, while maintaining the branding of the requested assets. We are seeking candidates eager to work as part of a team, able to operate at a fast pace, and adaptable to changes throughout the design process. We prioritize individuals who have graduated in Graphic Design or a related field. It is mandatory to submit a design test to move forward with the application process. The test will be sent soon after your job application is received.

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

• Oversee the design team to ensure brand standards and timely delivery
• Carefully read briefs and clearly communicate/synthesize the key details to the design team.
• Coordinate with the producer to assign tasks to the design team.
• Adapt and version static assets such as banners and digital posts, adhering to brand guidelines and precise compositional patterns.
• Maintain consistency with the client's brand guidelines.
• Make autonomous decisions, aligned with project objectives and under the supervision of the Art Director.
• Report to the Art directors and Producers, keeping them informed of progress and potential issues.

REQUIREMENTS

​

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Designer, Senior Graphic Designer, or similar positions.
• Up-to-date portfolio showcasing completed work.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of branding and advertising.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and compositions.
• Ability to meet deadlines, to communicate progress or potential issues clearly and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multitasking ability and capability to work on projects under pressure.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail. English: high level (required).

CONTRACT TERMS

​

• 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
• U.S. holiday calendar.
• Working hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
