<p>The Opportunity</p>

<p>Working closely with the head of design and creative director you will take a leadership role setting the creative direction for projects, liaising closely with clients and mentoring and inspiring the design team. The role will remain fully hands on in terms of day- to- day design as it’s a small team and we are looking for someone with a high degree of expertise with creative software and who offers a high level of design craft. Projects are varied across brand and marketing from campaigns, brand and print through to websites and packaging.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Ideal Candidate</p>

<ul>

<li>A senior designer with at least 6+ yrs experience working for a design,brand or creative marketing agency.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Proven experience owning projects from beginning concept stages and managing through to delivery.&nbsp;</li>

<li>A high degree of expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.</li>

<li>Exceptional design craft with a deep understanding of colours, fonts and layout.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Excellent attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience creating original, beautiful and engaging concepts for clients brand and marketing communications.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience liaising with clients, pitching and managing client relationships.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>
