Responsibilities
</strong>

<p>
Lead the design strategy and vision for Tradefolio’s platform.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specifications.
<br/>
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.
<br/>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure seamless implementation.
<br/>
Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance user engagement.

Requirements
</strong>
</p>
<p>
Strong experience in UI/UX design with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
<br/>
Live in the Mountain View/Palo Alto area and be available for on-site collaboration.
<br/>
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
<br/>
Strong understanding of modern web and mobile design principles.
<br/>
Experience with React and Node.js to facilitate better collaboration with the development team.
<br/>
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
<br/>
Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Fintech Design: Prior experience in designing for financial platforms or trading tools, ensuring the UI/UX supports data-heavy and interactive interfaces.

Understanding of Front-End Development: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to work more effectively with developers.

Accessibility Expertise: Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to create inclusive designs.
