Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Designer at DRUMSTICK DESIGN located in Gurugram. The Lead Designer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design projects, collaborating with the team to develop creative concepts, designing visual assets for various platforms, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the designs. The Lead Designer will also be involved in client communication and providing creative direction to the design team.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity principles
- Experience in packaging design, motion graphics and product marketing
- Proficiency in website design
- Expertise in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Experience in the creative industry is preferred
