Role Description
- Own complete product design vision & strategy
- Oversee end-to-end design process (from concepts to launch)
- Guide and mentor the design team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals & roadmaps
- Establish and maintain a unified design system
- Drive user research, testing, and data-driven design decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years in UI/UX/Product Design
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
