. You have to balance user needs and business objectives with technology constraints.

In this critical role, you will work closely with our business and technology leads, as well as external stakeholders.

<h2 id="requirements">
Requirements
</h2>
<ul>
<li>
BA/MA with a focus on UI/UX design, interaction design, information design or comparable qualification
</li>
<li>
4+ years of experience in user experience design of B2B SaaS Products
</li>
<li>
Experience in evaluating user needs and validating concepts with end-users through prototyping and testing
</li>
<li>
Experience in Design Thinking
</li>
<li>
Experience in data visualization
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication skills in German and English
</li>
