Product Designer for RingCX Contact Center

As a Product Designer for our RingCX Contact Center product, you will be involved in our design processes and the creation of innovative new features that will take our product to the next level. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with other designers, product managers, and engineers. 

Experience Required

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and user research findings.
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • A proven track record of designing user friendly interfaces for complex systems.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects, engaging with all levels of the organization with a strong point of view that is open to feedback and ideas from others.
  • Thorough knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in HCI, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred).
  • Minimum of 9+ years of experience in software companies designing complex user experiences.
  • Experience working closely with Agile development teams and ensuring code is built to spec.
  • Availability to work early mornings/late evenings to accommodate colleagues in various time zones.
  • A detailed portfolio of design work that outlines your specific role, decisions, and challenges for at least two large projects.

Additional Requirements

Exceptional candidates will have:

  • Experience designing SaaS products for a B2B company.
  • Experience in the Contact Center industry.
  • Experience working on global and remote teams.
