We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our innovative backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and translate user requirements into intuitive and elegant user interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the product.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and advocate for innovative design solutions within the organisation.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuously improving the design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
